Advice Concerning Patent Infringement, Validity and Patentability Issues
Mr. Froebrich’s practice concentrates in the prosecution of utility and design
patent applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He
also has extensive experience counseling clients in freedom to operate and patentability matters. Mr. Froebrich has counseled clients
and prosecuted applications concerning electronic and optical
communications devices, wireless communications devices and networks,
electronic circuit design and devices, semiconductor devices, digital signal
processing, controls for vehicle navigation devices, software, vehicle
clutches and transmissions, and printing presses.
His practice is international in scope and he works with foreign associates to
prosecute international and national patent applications in foreign countries
and areas such Europe, Japan, China, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Latin
and South Americas. He advises clients regarding the developments in the
foreign applications and instructs foreign associates regarding the
prosecution of the foreign applications.
