Alan Tenenbaum concentrates on intellectual property litigation and counseling. He has represented clients in a wide-variety of litigation matters, including patent, trademark, unfair competition, privacy, antitrust, and employment-related disputes involving telecommunications, electronic hardware and software, consumer products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. He regularly counsels clients on matters that concern e-commerce, business-methods and other cutting-edge areas of patent law, such as patents that concern the financial industry.
Alan also represents clients in transactional matters, and has negotiated a wide array of agreements in and out of litigation. He also evaluates potential damage awards in high-profile cases, and he regularly works with clients to identify, protect and manage core technology, people and brands.
