Ms. Puybareau-Manaud concentrates on intellectual property litigation. She advises clients on protecting their patent, trademark and copyright rights.
Ms. Puybareau-Manaud joined CPLP in 2007, after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, where she received an LL.M with an emphasis in intellectual property. Previously, she worked for our N.Y. office as a law clerk participating in all aspects of patent litigation.
In France, she earned a law degree (J.D. equivalent) from the University of Paris II, a Masters Degree in contract law from the University of Versailles, a Masters Degree in tax law from the University of Paris II and a law degree from the Business Law Institute of Paris II. Ms. Puybareau-Manaud acquired litigation experience at a prominent French firm, litigating commercial and criminal matters in French courts and providing advice on a range of international litigation matters. She also worked as a law clerk in the Paris Commercial Court (Sect. 9) and gave pro bono legal assistance to low-income individuals. She is admitted to the Paris Bar.
