Ms. Neiman is a litigator with more than twenty-five years of experience. She has been counsel in many patent, trademark and copyright cases throughout the United States. Her cases have encompassed a wide variety of industries, including medical, jewelry and toys. Ms. Neiman also has extensive appellate experience before the federal courts of appeal. Her reported decisions include: Brookhill-Wilk 1, LLC v. Intuitive Surgical, Inc., 334 F.3d 1294 (Fed. Cir. 2003); Metrokane, Inc. v. Wine Enthusiast, 185 F. Supp. 2d 321 (S.D.N.Y. 2002); Metrokane, Inc. v. Wine Enthusiast, 160 F. Supp. 2d 633 (S.D.N.Y. 2001); M. Fabrikant & Sons v. Fabrikant Fine Diamonds, 17 F. Supp. 2d 249 (S.D.N.Y. 1998); and Asch/Grossbardt Inc. v. Asher Jewelry Co., 2003 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2837 (S.D.N.Y. 2003).
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Neiman counsels clients concerning the protection of their intellectual property rights.
