Ms. Neiman is a litigator with more than twenty-five years of experience. She has been counsel in many patent, trademark and copyright cases throughout the United States. Her cases have encompassed a wide variety of industries, including medical, jewelry and toys. Ms. Neiman also has extensive appellate experience before the federal courts of appeal. Her reported decisions include: Brookhill-Wilk 1, LLC v. Intuitive Surgical, Inc., 334 F.3d 1294 (Fed. Cir. 2003); Metrokane, Inc. v. Wine Enthusiast, 185 F.
