Mr. Marazas has been practicing intellectual property law since 1999. In the patent procurement field, his practice covers the technical fields of electrical, mechanical, and optical engineering, physics, computer hardware and software, biomedical devices, and electronic business methods. He has experience in the preparation and prosecution of United States and international (PCT) patent applications, and in the preparation of opinions relating to the infringement, validity and enforceability of patents.
