    Mr. Reisner is a litigator with over 20 years of experience in all types of civil litigation with an emphasis on patent and technology-related issues. Mr. Reisner has represented corporations and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants in administrative proceedings, numerous State and Federal Courts, and in the U.S. International Trade Commission. His patent cases encompass a wide variety of technologies, including pharmaceuticals under the Hatch-Waxman Act, medical devices, fiberglass insulation, roofing shingles, plastic encapsulated integrated circuits, flight data recorders, ice cream cartons, and TV remote controls. He also advises clients and litigated matters involving trade dress, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets for various products including pharmaceuticals, CdZnTe crystals, vodka, wine, designer fabrics and maps.

    Mr. Reisner graduated first in his class at North Carolina Central University School of Law. Upon graduation, he clerked for Justice Warren Matthews of the Supreme Court of Alaska and thereafter for Judge Vincent L. Broderick of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

    In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Reisner has served as an arbitrator in New York City Civil Court and has frequently donated his services pro bono to clients referred by the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
