    Mr. Margiano's practice encompasses patent litigation, antitrust, unfair competition and trade secret litigation, counseling and licensing. His recent litigations include: In re Metoprolol Succinate patent litigation, 2006 WL120343 (E.D. MO.); In re Relafen Antitrust Litigation (Iu. 03-10506-WGY (D. Mass.); Glaxosmithkline, PLC v. Lek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. OZCU014507 (N.C. Super. Ct.); Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. v. Eon Labs Manufacturing, Inc., 234 F. Supp.2d 464 (D.Del.2002).

    Mr. Margiano’s litigations have involved the pharmaceutical, mechanical, electrical and agricultural products of domestic and foreign clients. His licensing work has involved drafting and negotiating a wide variety of intellectual property and technology agreements, including those relating to E-commerce, and he served as intellectual property counsel working with a team of corporate lawyers on high value mergers and acquisitions.

    Mr. Margiano has lectured on patent law and on corporate transactions involving intellectual property. His pro bono activities include working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the wake of September 11th, and mentoring minority high school students' mock trial teams in state-wide litigation competitions.
