Mr. Hartoonian has worked in all aspects of intellectual property including
prosecution and litigation. His technological concentrations include electronic
devices, biotechnology, mechanical inventions, mass spectrometry,
children's toys and costumes, e-commerce, new media, and business
methods. He also has drafted patent license agreements and worked on
copyright and trademark litigation matters. Mr. Hartoonian works
on Hatch-Waxman patent litigation involving pharmaceutical products.
