Mr. Fazzari has practiced in all areas of intellectual property, focusing
primarily on patent matters. His experience includes all phases of U.S. and
international patent prosecution from appellate practice before the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office in a wide variety of the chemical and
mechanical arts through all phases of litigation in numerous jurisdictions,
including appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit. He has been involved in Hatch-Waxman Act and other
pharmaceutical litigations such as those relating to nabumetone,
cyclosporine, omeprazole and pantoprazole and has handled a broad range
of litigation matters of varying degrees of complexity, including novelty items, surface treatment products and materials and power plant generators.
