Mindy H. Chettih
Senior Counsel
Ms. Chettih practices in all areas of intellectual property law. The focus of
her current work is in patent litigation involving the pharmaceutical industry,
including cases brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Ms. Chettih has
represented clients in Federal courts in numerous jurisdictions, including the
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Chettih also advises clients on
federal regulation of the pharmaceutical industry and on their patent
portfolios, including the preparation of opinions on patent validity,
infringement and freedom to operate.
